Which services do you offer?: Three: an AI strategy and roadmap, workflow automation, and custom AI assistants. Each stands alone, and most clients start with one and add another later.
Which one should we start with?: Start with the strategy and roadmap if you are unsure where AI fits. If you already know the task that wastes the most time, start with automation for that task.

What is Dawsco Assist?: Dawsco Assist is a ready-made AI assistant that answers customer questions using your own documents. You can have it running on your site in days, not months.
Can Assist hand a conversation to a person?: Yes. When the assistant is unsure or the customer asks for a person, it passes the conversation to your team with the full history attached.
Which tools does Assist connect to?: It connects to common email, helpdesk and calendar tools. If yours is not on the list, tell us and we will check whether we can add it.

How much does it cost?: Most projects are fixed-price and agreed before we start, with no surprise bills. Our pricing page lists typical packages, and we can quote your specific case after a short call.
Is there a monthly plan?: Yes, for Dawsco Assist. It is a flat monthly fee with no setup charge, and you can cancel at the end of any month.
Do you offer a free trial?: We offer a free 30-minute call rather than a trial. On it we show you the product and tell you what it would cost for your case.

Do we need technical staff to work with you?: No. We handle the technical work and explain it in plain language. You only need someone who knows how your business runs day to day.
How long does a project take?: A first project usually goes live in two to six weeks, depending on how many systems it connects to. We give you a date at the planning step.
Is our business data safe?: Yes. We only use the data a project needs, keep it in your accounts where possible, and never use it to train public AI models.
